Pendo group priorities



The Pendo group's Manifesto for Change has identified 3 priorities where Pendo group members' combined expertise can add value to European leaders' attempts to manage change:

Driving Innovation: The Pendo group's technological expertise can help Europe harness innovation, to increase its competitiveness.

Improving Organizational Adaptability: The Pendo group's expertise in managing change can assist policymakers in developing policies designed to help organizations anticipate and adapt to the business models demanded by a knowledge-based economy.

Developing Human Capital: The Pendo group's insights into human capital needs can assist decision-makers in giving European citizens the ability to transition across the sectors of the knowledge-based economy. For example, the Pendo group believes that there needs to be greater collaboration between industry, government and academia in order to map skills needs going forward.

The Manifesto was succesfully launched in Brussels in June. The group is currently organising launches in Czech Republic, France, Spain, and Poland.
